The key benefit of these AMiO jump leads is the combination of a stated 1800A current rating and a full 6 metre length. They are a strong choice if you want a more heavy-duty, longer set than standard jump leads for a passenger car.
The extra length gives you more flexibility when positioning the donor vehicle, especially if the battery is hard to access or the vehicles cannot be parked close together. This is particularly useful for larger cars, vans, motorhomes and workshop use.
Choose this model if you want AMiO’s highest-rated jump leads in our range and also need greater reach. While our 400A cables are 3 metres long and the 600A version is 4 metres, this model gives you 6 metres of cable.
It is especially relevant if you use jump leads on different vehicles and want a larger set ready in the garage or workshop. The 1800A figure is the manufacturer’s stated rating; it does not mean the cables can start every engine. Actual jump-starting performance also depends on battery condition, temperature, connection quality and the conductor design of the cables.

However, always check the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions and requirements for jump leads before use. For large diesel engines, buses and construction machinery, you should also verify the conductor material and cable cross-section against the specific vehicle requirements.
