Delivery & shipping
We ship all orders with PostNord. The delivery time shown on each product refers to dispatch from our warehouse in Denmark and depends on stock availability. This is always clearly stated on the individual product page.
After purchase: confirmation, dispatch and tracking
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email shortly after completing your purchase.
- Dispatch: When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Tracking: We recommend the PostNord app, so you can easily follow your parcel and receive ongoing updates.

After dispatch, the typical delivery time is:
- Denmark: 1–2 business days
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. This means you can always see the total price before you pay.
