The Carpoint inverter converts your car, boat, caravan or motorhome’s 12 V cigarette lighter socket into a 230 V power supply. This lets you connect and use devices with a standard 230 V plug, even when you only have access to a 12 V power source.
The inverter delivers 150 W continuous power and can briefly supply up to 300 W peak power. It also features a practical USB port with 5 V and 2.1 A for charging devices with a USB connection.
The inverter is equipped with undervoltage, overload and short-circuit protection, and it shuts off automatically if the temperature gets too high. It is also protected by a replaceable blade fuse.
The built-in cooling fan activates automatically when the temperature or load becomes too high and helps ensure stable operation. The compact design measures 120 × 100 × 50 mm.
