Sikkerhedsvejledning Z082.guide.pdf
Transporting children safely in the car is easy and comfortable with the stylish black CARKIDS I-Size Jessie car seat with white details. Whether you're heading off on holiday, out for the day, or simply driving your child to school, this car seat delivers excellent comfort and reliable safety on every journey.
CARKIDS Jessie meets the latest European R129 I-Size standard, an important step forward in child car seat safety. Instead of being classified by weight, car seats are now assessed based on the child’s height. This model can be used both as a car seat and a booster seat, and is suitable for children from 76 to 150 cm. The height-adjustable headrest allows the seat to grow with your child while also offering improved side-impact protection.
Installation is simple. The car seat is secured on the rear seat using the car’s Isofix anchor points and Top Tether connection. Isofix is a safe, quick and easy way to install the car seat correctly. One of the key benefits of Isofix is that the seat stays firmly and securely in place in the car, even when your child is not sitting in it. The Isofix anchor points are usually located between the backrest and the seat cushion.
Top Tether is an additional anchoring strap that secures the top of the car seat to the vehicle. It helps prevent the seat from tipping forward in the event of a frontal collision. The Top Tether anchor point is usually permanently installed behind the rear parcel shelf or on the vehicle floor.
The Jessie car seat is lightweight and easy to remove from the car, making it practical for use in different vehicles. The removable cover can be machine washed at 30 °C. The plastic base can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, helping keep the car seat clean and fresh.
