VersaChem plastic welding system

VersaChem Plastic Welder System is a strong, impact-resistant 2-part methacrylate adhesive developed for bonding most types of plastic. It works as a high-strength structural adhesive and can also be used to join dissimilar materials as well as metals with minimal surface preparation.

The adhesive has a stable, non-sag consistency that will not sink or run during application. Once cured, it forms a strong bond with a strength of 24 N/mm², resistant to weather, moisture and major temperature fluctuations.

The product has a working time of approximately 3 minutes and reaches handling strength after approximately 15 minutes. Final strength and cure time depend on the application conditions.
