Carpoint Carpoint set for testing trailer lights

Carpoint 12 V tester for checking the towbar socket on your car as well as the plug on your trailer or caravan. The tester is supplied with 2 adapters, allowing both 7-pin and 13-pin connections to be checked for correct operation.

The car’s socket can be tested from inside the cabin using the vehicle’s own buttons and controls. Each circuit can be checked one at a time while another person observes the test result.

Using a 9 V battery, the wiring connections in the trailer plug can also be tested at the push of a button, without the trailer needing to be connected to the car.
